Even before the decision of the party for the Mayor and Deputy Mayor came, many claimants of BJP and Congress have started running for the houses of the councilors. On behalf of the BJP, Deputy Mayor Rakesh Sharma, Councilor Satya Kaundal, Sanjeev Thakur, besides his party, have also approached the councilors of Azad and Congress and appealed for support. Several councilors have also reached the house of Azad Councilor Rachna Bhardwaj for the last two days.
