More than 100 medical officers, nurses and other employees of the health department serving on deputation near the house after juggling with the leaders are about to fall. The government will cancel the deputation of all these and call them at fixed places. The list of employees on deputation from the Director of Health Services has been summoned within a week.
The state government is constantly receiving complaints that officers and employees are deployed near the house on deputation instead of providing services where they have been posted. Such a complaint has also been made to the government during the Vidhan Sabha cold session in Dharamshala. It was told that there is a huge shortage of nurses in hospitals. Para medical staff is also less.
After every two months the posts of doctors, nurses, para medical staff are being created but there are many employees who are mobilizing and providing services near the house. Many nurses are also
on deputation to health centers close to home. Health Minister Vipin Singh Parmar told that the report has been sought. Officers, nurses and para medical staff who went on deputation with jugaad will be called to the designated station. Deputation of all these will be canceled.
