A doctor has accused the officers of Bentley car showroom in Samrat Hotel in Chanakyapuri of cheating. The car had a startup problem, which showed that he took his car to the Bentley's authorized service center.

His car was parked in the workshop for refusing to pay Rs. Distressed, Dr. Gupta complained to senior police officers in this regard after which a case was registered on December 27 at Chanakyapuri police station on the orders of the Deputy Commissioner of New Delhi District Police.

According to the police, Dr. Anoop Gupta lives with the family in Todarmal Lane, Bengali Market, New Delhi area. Dr. Gupta has his own Bentley car, which he drives. For the past few days, his car was having a starting problem. For this, they approached the Samrat Hotel, the company's authorized showroom and service center, in September 2019.

After seeing the car, the mechanic explained the battery problem and said that the car would have to be sent to the workshop in Gurugram Sector-14. Dr. Gupta took his car and sent it to the driver on 23 September. Meanwhile, on September 26, Dr. Gupta received an email from the showroom. In it, an amount of Rs 29.62 lakh was stated in lieu of fixing the car.

When the victim approached the showroom, he was called to the Samrat Hotel. On reaching the hotel, Dr. Gupta refused to get the car repaired. The showroom paid a bill of Rs 3.27 lakh in the name of the car's investigation. The victim was told that as long as his car stays in the showroom,
