People of the entire district including the capital may face heavy shortage of buses today. 254 HRTC and 120 private buses will be engaged in the task of transporting and leaving BJP workers to Shimla for the celebration of the completion of two years of government today. These include 70 private buses from Upper Shimla. Due to non-availability of buses for commuting, common people may face a lot of trouble today.

45 HRTC buses plying on the local routes of Shimla city will provide shuttle service services for BJP workers this morning and evening. . This may cause the people of the city to march on foot for traffic. From 9 am to 11 am, BJP workers from outside areas will serve to reach the rally site and leave it for two hours after the rally is over, to the city entrances.

Shuttle bus service will operate from Dhali Tunnel to Sanjouli Chowk, Chalounthi under Sanjouli College and Tutkandi Crossing Parking to Old Bus Stand and Power House to Old Bus Stand. During the morning and evening peak hours, ordinary citizens will face a lot of difficulty due to the off-route of 45 local buses of the city.

Demand for 254 buses of Shimla Division: Thakur
Shimla Raghuveer Singh Thakur, Divisional Manager of HRTC said that 254 buses of Shimla Division have come in demand. Special arrangements have been made to ensure that the common passengers do not have to face any problem for this reason.
