The Mumbai Police has registered a case against a 24-year-old serfier Aashiq who kidnapped a 19-year-old girl in a unilateral love . The victim's family has alleged that he was harassing and chasing her daughter for the last one year. Kasturba Marg police said that the name of the accused is Akshay Dubey.
On the other hand, Akshay's father Nagendra Dubey has also lodged a case of missing son of the son and his life risk in the Dahisar police against son's alleged girlfriend Sound. Both have been missing for the last few days, which remains a challenge for the Zone-12 police. The sound resides in Borivali, while Akshay is a resident of Dahisar. Sound teaches at Sardar Ballabhbhai Patel College in Kandivali. The two met about a year and a half ago in Malad. Chatting and friendship between the two happened through WhatsApp, after which Akshay fell in love with sound unilaterally. Suspicion of sound abduction
According to police, Sound Road went to Carter Road for dance class at 5 pm on 9 December. When she did not return home till late in the night, the family worried and turned to the police station. When the police checked the CCTV footage, the sound appeared on the Western Express Highway with a boy. He was Akshay. Interestingly, another footage from CCTV shows the sound of accused Akshay going on his bike. This footage is of Dahisar Check Nakay. Investigating officials say that if Akshay had forced the sound, why was she going to sit comfortably on the bike? Did Akshay forcibly put him on the bike, threatening the sound? The police is looking for answers to these questions.
Threat of throwing acid
Sound's family says that in March, while Akshay got out of the society, Akshay proposed to hold her hand and marry her. She also threatened to throw acid on the sound when she refused to marry. That is why they are afraid that no one can act wrongly with the sound of Akshay. It is alleged that Akshay is a drug addict and his three-four friends are Charasi. Akshay was also arrested by the police for threatening to throw acid.
