Newborn found in a dustbin in Vishrantwadi, Pune. A woman sweeper was picking up garbage from the dustbin, when she saw something moving in a thin cloth. The sweeper immediately informed the police about this. After this, the police took the newborn out of the dustbin to an ashram for care and treatment.
