At the fund raising dinner, Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia apprised the traders of the achievements of the Delhi government. It also introduced the outline of what the government plans for traders.
Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh also met businessmen and apprised them about the policies of the Aam Aadmi Party government. Traders were also aware of the difficulties faced in the trade. During this time suggestions were taken from traders to increase trade in Delhi. The party will also include the suggestion in the manifesto.
Brijesh Goyal, the Aam Aadmi Party Trade Wing's Convenor, said that about 400 traders have registered. The Aam Aadmi Party does not contest elections with donations from big industrialists and industrial houses, but instead takes donations from the common man and common businessmen.
