new Delhi. Union Minister Prakash Javadekar on Wednesday knowledgeable concerning the proposals handed by the cupboard. He knowledgeable that the Union Cabinet has authorised the proposal for development of permanent campus of the brand new National Institute of Technology. For this, a fund of Rs 4371.90 crore has been authorised for the session 2021-2022.

He told- Cabinet has given permission to amend / lengthen / dissolve GST in view of integration of Daman-Diu with Dadra-Nagar Haveli. Javadekar mentioned that Daman has been made the headquarters of the union territories Dadra-Nagar Haveli and Daman-Diu.

Union Minister Javadekar said- NIT was established in 2009. Their operations started within the tutorial 12 months 2010-2011 with very restricted area and infrastructure. On the identical traces, the operations of new permanent camps will begin from 31 March 2022.
