At the same time, AIMIM chief and Lok Sabha MP Asaduddin Owaisi filed a petition in the Supreme Court on Saturday challenging this amendment act. According to the Supreme Court website, the Supreme Court can hear the petition of the Indian Union of Muslim League next Wednesday.
