The Chief Minister Helpline Chief Minister Service Resolution 1100, which is engaged in redressal of the grievances of the people in due time, will also record suggestions and demand from the people. After review of the calls on 1100, this change has been made in the Chief Minister Helpline. Whenever a call is received on the Chief Minister Helpline 1100, the executive raising the call takes note of the caller's complaint and sends it to the concerned officer.
But sometimes there are some such calls in which the caller complains But she was in the category of demand or suggestion as per 1100 rules. In such a situation, the authorities refused to register that complaint. People were registering their protest in the Chief Minister's office for not registering the complaint.
Since service level agreement (SLA) has been made with all the departments for disposal of complaints on 1100. Chief Minister's IT Manager Kishore Sharma said that now the complaints will be dealt with under SLA, but suggestions and demands will also be registered
