Congress President Subhash Chopra announced at Halla Bol Rallies that if the Congress Government is formed in Delhi, the pension of all old people, widows and disabled persons will be reduced to Rs 5000 per month. The Ladli scheme will also be resumed in Delhi. Both these promises will be included in the election manifesto of the Congress.
At the Halla Bol rallies in Model Town and Rajouri Garden constituencies on Sunday, Chopra said that the Delhi government misused the pension amount given to old age, widow and the disabled is. The Delhi government has also not been able to meet the target.
