During the joint search operation of police and CRPF in Lohardaga district of Jharkhand, a CRPF jawan was seriously injured after being hit by an IED. The injured have been identified as 31-year-old Abhijeet Oraon, resident of Narkopi police station area of CRPF 158 battalion.
After the incident, the injured were rushed to Sadar Hospital for treatment. Currently the injured have been taken by Indian Air Force helicopter to the Institute of Medical Sciences, Ranchi for treatment.
