Indian Railways: Under the One Bharat Shrestha Bharat Yojana, the youth will get up to 50 percent discount on travel on mail and express trains. The Ministry of Railways has announced the scheme. Its purpose is to connect youth with different states of the country. This relief will be for second class and sleeping class. Under the scheme, a student will be able to avail up to Rs 5000 per month to go to another state. According to the Railway Ministry, students of school and college will be able to avail the benefit of the scheme in general rail service only. This relief will not apply for special trains or coaches.

the scheme, a student will get the benefit of traveling up to 300 km once. For this exemption, the student has to get the form issued by the railway certified by the concerned educational institution. The form will be in the name of the Chief Commercial Manager, who will order the student to be exempted. The student will have to pay other fees including reservation fee. This order will be applicable for both the coming and going directions. In case of any kind of problem, it can be complained to the Principal Chief Business Manager.
