In the financial year 2018-19, earnings reached 689.43 crores and expenditure reached 608.40 crores. The institute has given Rs 35 crore, 28 lakh to purchase equipment for Indira Gandhi Government Medical College and Hospital in Nagpur. 2 crore for Eye Radiology and Cardiology Department of Bhavani Mata Seva Samiti Nagpur, Rs. 35 lakh to Vasantrao Naik Government Medical and Hospital, Yavatmal, Rs. 13 crore to buy MRI machine. 15 crore rupees were also given for Aurangabad government medical college and hospital. Apart from this, financial assistance of Rs 20 crore 21 thousand was given to the poor needy patients. The institute was also given Rs 55 crore for the Kerala floods. </p> <p> <strong> Demand for Laddu </strong><br /> <br /> Motichoor laddu of Shirdi is the first choice of devotees. A packet contains 3 laddus, weighing up to 50 grams. The institute sells them for 25 rupees. In the year 2016-17, the institute sold 90 lakh, 61 thousand, 100 packets of Motichur laddu, while in 2017-18, one crore, 5 lakh, 52 thousand, 17 packets and in 2018-19 one crore, 14 lakh, 50 Thousands, 933 packets of Motichur ladoos have been sold. Apart from this, the institute also gives Bundi packets to devotees for free.
