Nearly ten thousand officers / employees of the forest department, ranging from forest guard to ranger, will now come on one platform and fight for their demands. It was decided to seek the recognition of the Federation at a meeting of the Forest Field Employees / Officers Federation formed two years ago.

This federation consists of recognized organizations of Forest Guard, Deputy Forest Officer, Forest Officer and Forest Officer. . According to the state president of the federation, Kuldeep Panwar, as soon as the federation is recognized, a fight will be fought for the four cadres for one month's additional salary and other demands similar to the police.

In Forest Department, the posts from Forest Guard to Forest Inspector are considered as field posts. Federation officials say that field employees have their own problems. They have to compete with wild animals as well as smugglers in the forests. To compensate for this risk, other recognized organizations including promotions have been demanding.

According to the state president of the federation, Kuldeep Panwar, the federation was formed two years ago and in the meantime several meetings were also held. Now all four organizations have accepted to work under the banner of the federation. The government will soon send its proposal. It has been decided that the next meeting of the federation will be held in February.
