Under the pressure of the employment year, the Government of Uttarakhand will loosen the screw of the Departmental Recruitment Rules. The files of the proposals of the manual will not revolve around the Department of Finance, Personnel and Justice in the government, but the high officials of the three departments will give their consent together so that the process of filling the vacant posts can begin immediately. All departments have been instructed to create a time frame to fill the vacant posts.

Personnel and Vigilance will review every 10 days to monitor departmental progress. Review dates have also been set. The Department of Personnel will review the recruitment process for the vacant posts of the departments on the 9th, 19th and 29th of the month. The minutes of these decisions taken in the meeting held on November 29 under the chairmanship of the Chief Minister have been released. In the minutes issued by the Department of Personnel and Vigilance, all departments have been instructed to strictly follow the decisions.

Recruitment will open in these departments

State Property Department: The requisition for filling the five posts of Arrangement Officer will be sent to the Public Service Commission after amending the Rules.
Urban Development Department: After resolving the discrepancies in the departmental regulations, the petition will be sent.
Industry Department: 70 posts of Assistant Manager are to be filled. The amendment in the manual will be proposed to the Subordinate Services Selection Commission.
Information Department: Service rules will be amended so that eligible officers and personnel can be found on the post of District Information Officer and Editor. Medical Health: The discrepancy in the rules of X-ray technician and lab technician posts will be removed.
AYUSH and AYUSH EDUCATION: The rules will be amended to fill 232 medical officer posts.

The state government will also revive the posts which have been deemed to be abolished under the Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management (FRBM) Act. The Department of Personnel and Vigilance has asked all the departments to test their level and submit proposals for such posts.

The way to fill these important posts will open

Additional Private in the Secretariat. As many as 148 posts of secretary will not be filled due to the condition of compulsory one-year computer certificate from a recognized institution. Now the government is considering removing the condition of compulsory computer certificate in the manual to start the recruitment process on these posts soon. Nearly 397 posts of different cadres are vacant in the Secretariat.
