Pakistan is badly stung by India's new Chief of Army Staff, General Manoj Mukund Narwane, in which he said that India has the right to carry out precautionary attacks across the Line of Control. Pakistan's Foreign Ministry termed the statement as "irresponsible" and said that our army would respond appropriately to any aggressive move by India in PoK.
