Some overseas nationals violated the lockdown in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand. On realizing this, Tapovan Outpost Incharge Vinod Sharma reached the spot and politely requested them not to take action. For these individuals not to do that once more, they gave a unique punishment to these overseas nationals.
