The CBI has filed a charge sheet in the CJM court in the illegal tree pruning case related to the death of forest guard Hoshiar Singh in Mandi in the year 2017. The charge sheet states that illegal tree pruning has been confirmed in the forest of Seri Katanda Beet. Taking cognizance of the charge sheet of the investigating agency, the court has ordered the accused Pyare Lal, Het Ram, Paras Ram, Hem Raj, Desh Raj, Chander Mani, Bhuvanesh and Karma Chand to appear in the court.
Let me tell you, in 2017, the guard of forest guard Hoshiar Singh's body was found hanging from the tree in Seri Kantara Beat of Karsog, Mandi. The Himachal Police first registered a murder case but later committed suicide. When people questioned the police investigation, the state government gave the investigation to the CID.
