Due to not being able to complete the children's syllabus on time due to more school holidays, the Haryana Government has now allowed private schools to teach students from class IX to XII during winter holidays as well. On Tuesday, this information was given by the Haryana Government to the Punjab Haryana High Court.
The Haryana Private School Welfare Trust, in a petition filed in the High Court through Advocate Pankaj Maini, said that the government periodically declares leave for various reasons. Sometimes a winter is declared a holiday in the name of a festival.
A large number of holidays are given by the government and after this, holidays are also declared several times in between. This has greatly affected the reading of children in schools. Schools also do not complete their academic working days of the session. Due to this, the syllabus of the children remains incomplete. In such a situation, permission was asked to teach children from ninth to twelfth grade during the winter holidays.
After this, the High Court had ordered the government to take a decision by meeting with the representatives. According to this order, it was discussed in the meeting on Friday that this time CBSE is going to conduct its examinations 15 days in advance. This will make it difficult for students to complete their syllabus. Under this, schools have been allowed to hold classes.
These rules have to be followed
Schools have got permission to hold classes but some mandatory conditions for this Are kept. The school time will be between 11 am and 2 pm as per the conditions. Classes will be allowed only when there is complete heating and lighting. For this, no additional fees will be
charged from the parents of the students and prior permission from the parents of the students will be mandatory for the classes.
