The craze for Modi among the voters of this age group was never seen before for any other leader. This trend continued unabated, due to which the leadership of Narendra Modi in 2019, the BJP achieved a bigger success than in 2014.
Students continued to find themselves more 'connected' to Narendra Modi than other leaders and were convinced of their vision as well. The number of students of the same age group of Indian origin is the highest among those who have crossed the craze for Narendra Modi abroad. But if students start feeling that their community (student fraternity) hearing has stopped, then it is natural for them to be disenchanted and if that happens then the BJP may have to bear the loss. Government too vigilant
After the JNU incident, the government was seen to react rapidly to prevent increasing student resentment. The country's Home Minister Amit Shah immediately sought a report from the authorities. HRD minister Dr Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank also tweeted about the JNU violence. It was said on behalf of the government that action will be taken against those who are found guilty for the violence. However, the government and BJP are not ready to believe that there is any resentment among the students about it.
