New Delhi. Nirbhaya gang rape and murder case Vinay Sharma reached the Supreme Court 11 days before the date of hanging. He filed a curative petition on Thursday and demanded that the death sentence be commuted to life imprisonment. He accused that all the courts, including the Supreme Court, gave prejudicial decisions under pressure from media and politicians. Vinay claimed that he was sentenced to Maith due to being poor.
Referring to the Jessica Lal murder case, she claimed that Manu Sharma had also committed brutal, brutal and unprovoked killing of the woman. But due to coming from a powerful political family, he was sentenced to life imprisonment. He stated that he was intoxicated at the time of the crime.
