The fraud in the police constable recruitment in Himachal Pradesh is not completely solved even now that some other recruitments have come under suspicion. The disclosure of Bikram Chaudhary, the constable recruitment mastermind, is pointing to this. About 5 months later, Bikram Chaudhary, a resident of Jawali, who was arrested by the police, has made many sensational revelations during interrogation. According to official police sources, in the interrogation, he has also said to be fake in the written examinations of recruitments done in some departments including forest guard and jail warder. According to Bikram Chaudhary, he himself was involved in the fraud in these recruitments.
According to sources, the inquiry has revealed that the written examinations for the recruitment of forest guards and jail warders were also passed by the accused to the youths of Haryana. After the alleged confession of the accused, now the recruitment procedures of forest guards and jail warders have also come under suspicion. However, during interrogation, the accused has not clarified in which year the written examination of the forest guard and jail warder was taken. The accused said that he had confined the trap of forgery to Kangra district. However, his strings were attached to Haryana regarding the written examination. In order to pass the written examination, the accused applicant used to charge cash of Rs 5 to 8 lakhs according to the post of the candidate. It has been revealed that the accused was cheating in written examinations of government departments for the last 6 years.
During interrogation, the accused has stated that he used to bring salvars i.e. paper-giving youth from Haryana state to pass the written examination. In lieu of giving paper in place of someone else, the youth of Haryana were given money in thousands.

– Accused Bikram Chaudhary has studied up to two years from Haryana. He also started a sweet shop in Jawali. When the store started suffering losses, he went back to Haryana. In Haryana, he was identified with the gang who passed the written examination of recruitment and admission.
